About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Retail Operations Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations across Tapestry’s ANZ retail global brands such as Coach and Kate Spade! This role plays a key part in ensuring store services, purchasing, maintenance, and operational administration are delivered accurately and on time. Working closely with store teams, the Retail Operations Manager, and cross‑functional partners, you will help maintain operational consistency and support the successful execution of retail initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end purchase orders and invoice reconciliation through SAP Ariba Ensure timely and accurate vendor submissions to support store operations Coordinate store maintenance and service requests with approved vendors Monitor job completion, follow up on delays, and escalate issues as required Maintain operational documents, store directories, and retail standards Support consumables ordering and inventory control for stores and e‑commerce Partner with Retail Operations Managers and cross‑functional teams on initiatives Assist with incident logging, store communications, and operational reporting About You 1–2 years’ experience in retail operations, administration, or a coordination role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and administrative systems Experience with SAP, CONCUR, or procurement systems (e.g Buying Hub) A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset Why Join Us?
